• Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to check in, choose your jewelry, and allow time for sterilization.

• Mid-Day Break: Studios are closed daily from 4:00–4:30 PM for a short break.

• Appointments are available 7 days a week.

Appointment Checklist:

• Review the Identification Requirements and complete your digital consent form the day of your appointment.

• Service fees and jewelry are separate.

• We do not work with outside jewelry due to liability and quality assurance.

Age Requirements:

• Ages 8+ for earlobe piercings

• Ages 14+ for cartilage, facial, and other standard piercings

• Please note: Certain piercings—including surface piercings—are limited to clients 18 and older. If you’re unsure or have questions, feel free to call us directly for clarification.
