Identification and age requirements for receiving a body piercing

At Enigma we follow all state and county laws requiring proper identification prior to receiving services. Minors may receive piercings with parental consent. For any services besides earlobes, 14 years old is the minimum age we are able to pierce. For childrens earlobes, we currently start at 8 years old. We ask that the person(s) getting pierced bring state or government issued photo ID (ie passport or state issued drivers license, no military ID). Any clients under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or court appointed legal guardian present. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding this policy.

ID and age requirements for minors receiving services with parental consent:

• Parent must be present with photo ID

• Minor must also have photo ID

• School ID along with a birth certificate is an acceptable form of ID from minor

• If last names or addresses differ, you MUST bring a birth certificate along with photo ID.
