Upon arriving, one of our front of house personnel will get you checked in, review consent forms, go over jewelry selection and pricing, and answer any questions you might have.

Before Your Appointment:

• Please bring a valid state-issued ID. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must accompany you with proper identification for both parties and a birth certificate for the minor.

• Minors 14+ need to have a photo ID (Student ID, State ID, Passport) and birth certificate.

• Arrive with the piercing area clean and free of lotions, makeup, numbing agents or other products.

• Eat a light meal beforehand to ensure you feel your best during the process.

During your appointment, we prioritize your comfort with meticulous precision and the highest standards of hygiene.

All tools and equipment used in our studio are sterilized using cutting-edge technology (no pun intended). We utilize a medical-grade autoclave—a high-pressure steam sterilizer that ensures all instruments are free of bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens. Every tool is cleaned, packaged, and run through a complete sterilization cycle to meet or exceed industry health standards.

In addition to the autoclave, we use single-use, pre-sterilized needles and maintain a strict protocol for handling all instruments and jewelry. This includes the use of sterile gloves, barrier protection, and regular biological testing of our sterilization equipment to ensure everything remains safe and effective.

One of our professional piercers will begin with a consultation to discuss placement, marking jewelry options, and answer any questions you may have. Once you’re ready, we’ll carefully prep the area using sterile, single-use equipment and ensure your comfort throughout the process. Your piercing will be performed with precision and care, followed by a walkthrough of aftercare instructions.
